Experiencing tokenism can be traumatizing as well as reliving difficult episodes. This is why we believe it is important as a community effort to build accurate resources lists that can help reduce the harm, on short, mid and long term. We present you our list that will constantly be updated and encourage you to share with us your experience with these resources in case they caused more harm than healing for you. We want to acknowledge that none of these resources are perfect nor can we vouch for their safety.
